About the event
Brightlingsea Cricket Club and Brightlingsea Regent Youth Football are working in partnership to put on 12 x 3-hour activity sessions during the summer holidays for boys and girls aged 7 - 13.
The activity sessions will run from 10 am - 1 pm and will consist of a session of football and a session of cricket-based activities run by qualified coaches. The cost of the sessions have been subsidised by Tendring District Council through a 'Sports and Leisure Widening Participation Grant'.
The three-hour activity session will cost £6 (£3 for football and £3 for cricket). No experience is required. Financial support may be available. All equipment will be provided, participants will need to bring a drink and snacks with them for the session.
